We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
15-Day Return Window
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Refund & Dispute Policy

1. When You Are Refunds Issued?
We issue refunds only in the following situations:

2. What Is NOT Refundable?
- Original outbound shipping costs (except when we made a mistake)
- Return shipping costs (except when we provide a prepaid label)
- Used or opened skincare, makeup, or fragrance products (hygiene regulations)
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- International return shipping (customer-paid unless item is defective)
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are always returned to the original payment method
- Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days (may take longer to appear depending on your bank)
- PayPal / Apple Pay / Shop Pay / Klarna, etc.: 1–5 business days
- Store credit option: Instant (if you choose it instead of cash refund)
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously and work hard to resolve issues fairly.
- If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank/PayPal before contacting us, we will provide full order details, tracking, and communication records to your payment provider.
- Unauthorized chargebacks on a stolen card: We will fully cooperate with you and your bank.
- Buyer’s remorse on non-returnable items: Chargebacks filed instead of following our return process may result in denial by your bank or payment provider.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a tracking number shows “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We recommend choosing shipping insurance or signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

1. One-Time Orders (Regular Purchases)

2. Subscription Orders (Recurring Boxes, Auto-Replenishment, etc.)
We offer flexible subscription options because we want you to stay in control.

Important Subscription Cancellation Rules:
- You can cancel anytime — there are no cancellation fees.
- Cancellation only affects future shipments. If your next order has already been charged or shipped, that order will still be sent and is subject to our normal Return Policy.
- Refunds for already-charged subscription orders are only issued if the box has not yet shipped or if the items qualify under our Return Policy.
3. Prepaid Subscriptions (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans paid upfront)
- These plans are heavily discounted and are therefore non-refundable and non-cancellable once the first box has shipped.
- If you prepaid and the first box has not yet shipped, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

- Can’t log in? Email nad@nadplususa.com with your order number and full name — we’ll handle it within 12 hours.
- We do not require phone calls or long forms to cancel — one click or one email is enough.
